1. Jogging in Place
◈ Find a spot at home and jog in a stationary position
◈ This works as a warm up for more intense exercise
◈ Execute this exercise for a certain amount of time (preferably 1 minutes)

2. Jumping Jacks
◈ Start off by standing straight
◈ Jump as high as you can and spread your hands and legs out such that you land on the ground looking like a star-shape
◈ Jump as high as you can and bring your hands back to your side and close your leg, just like the starting position
◈ Next, jump as high as you can and spread your legs and clap your hands
◈ Jump as high as you can and bring your hands back to your side and close your leg, just like the starting position, that's 1 rep
◈ Execute this exervise for a certain amount of sets (preferably 25 reps)

3. Jump Rope
◈ Turning a rope with handles repeatedly (using the wrist) while jumping over it
◈ Execute this exercise for a certain amount of time (preferably > 5 minutes)

4. Burpees
◈ Start off by standing straight
◈ Squat to the floor and place your hands infront to maintain balance
◈ Jump and extend your legs behind such that you end up in plank position
◈ Jump back in and stand up, back to your standing position, that's 1 rep
◈ Execute this exercise for a certain amount of sets (preferably 15 reps)

5. Squat Jumps
◈ Start off by getting into squat position
◈ Jump as high as you can and land back into a squat position, that's 1 count
◈ Execute this exercise for a cetain amount of sets (preferably 20 counts)
